POLKA DANCERS
The Little Swiss Polka Dancers have been a Swiss Wine Festival tradition since 1974 when a group of ladies decided to help their daughters? Brownie troop earn a merit badge. Dressed in traditional Swiss attire, they sing and dance at the Main Stage numerous times throughout the weekend. Betty Swango, long-time supporter, credits Vevay businessman Mike Danner for naming the popular group.

EDELWEISS DANCERS
Comprised of local children 8 years of age and up, the Edelweiss Dancers perform native German dances. Most of the girls once belonged to the Little Swiss Polka Dancers. The Edelweiss Dancers, who appear in traditional Swiss costumes, perform at the Main Stage all four days of the festival.
